David G. Kreeft

With more than 40 years of expertise in the life insurance and benefits industry, David Kreeft brings a wealth of professional, business and executive knowledge to his appointment with Brown & Brown Insurance of Nevada. Prior to embarking on a career in the insurance industry, he worked as general contractor and a supervising airman at Nellis Air Force Base, and in healthcare as an orderly, respiratory therapist, respiratory therapy supervisor, and critical care nurse. All these positions have given him the invaluable training, experience and perspective to provide unparalleled support to his clients.
David’s many accomplishments span the insurance industry, and he is a “top of the table” qualifier as a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Based on his professional designation and production, he is in the top one percent of agents worldwide. In addition to Brown & Brown, David also serves as president of Lawrence, Kreeft & Associates and Distinct Benefits Solutions. He is currently a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. David received both his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant designations, and was among the first group of insurance professionals in Nevada to earn both designations. In 2012, he was awarded the Accredited Estate Planner designation from the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, involving a highly stringent review process reserved for the practice of estate planning.
A Nevada resident since 1966, David remains active in the community, where he is a member of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council, the local chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is also a past president of the Southern Nevada Executive Council, Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council, Spanish Trail Golf and Country Club, Las Vegas Chapter of the Society of Financial Professionals, and West Charleston Lions Club, as well as the past chairman of the Clark County Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission.
