Fernando has been with Brown & Brown for 4 years as a member of the Client Service Unit. He works hand in hand with HR staff, employees, and carriers to solve claims, benefit service, prior authorization and eligibility issues members may experience utilizing services. He also conducts new hire and open enrollment meetings and strives to give an easy-to-understand approach to benefits, so members get the education they need to utilize their benefits to the fullest. He’s fluent in Spanish and assists with Spanish presentations and meetings.  

 

His responsibilities as an Account Administrator and member of the Client Service unit include enrollment processing, client projects, coordinating educational meetings, working on claims, translating materials to Spanish, and much more. Fernando works with the Account Managers to make sure the highest level of client service is always given, while innovating processes to make the day-to-day benefit maintenance is smooth as possible for the client.
